The location was excellent, couldn't be better, exactly at the city center.
The hotel needs a renovation... if you are not looking for luxury but a cheap convenient hotel it's ok. Don't stay in a room at the side of the road... too noisy from the bar next door.

The hotel is near to the main attractions. Located an excellent place.
Small rooms. Windows opened to the air condition which was really noisy. We could not get brekfast because chef has not arrived to the hotel.

The room was clean, quiet, and furnished with a comfortable bed. Being centrally located near the tram stop was convenient for exploring nearby attractions. Breakfast options were limited, lacking variety despite with some artisanal bread.

Consider requesting a room away from the street to minimize noise, especially if there's a late-night party next door.

The staff were always friendly and helpful and bent over backwards when we got stranded there
Live music venue close which plays late into the night

Location is great, in the heart of Dublin city. I didn't have any problems with noise from the street, although I did stay mid-week, so. I have previously paid 6x times as much to stay in other "designer" hotels in the city centre, yet couldn't get to sleep before 5am because of noise.
Parts of the building are quite beat-up. If you notice things like skirting boards coming off the walls, little holes in walls where light fittings were removed etc, then it might not be for you. However, my room/bed/bathroom were super-clean.
